TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This contest is open to all Malaysian, except for the employees of The Store and Pacific,their affiliates and their related companies, members of their immediate families (Parents, spouse, son / daughter).
- Participating baby’s age must be between 0 – 30 months. Born between the period from 1st June 2017 till 31st December 2019.
- Purchase of RM30 and above in a single receipt on MAMYPOKO product is eligible for one (1) entry. All entries must be submitted via online entry form on or before 31st December 2019.. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Multiple entries are accepted, however one receipt only valid for ONE (1) submission. Validity of payment receipt must be made during the contest period on or between 1st December and 31st December 2019. Photo of the receipt must be uploaded via online submission.
- Upload a clear photo (each photo size minimum 1MB) of baby image and MamyPoko products. The organizer reserves the rights to use the upload photos for promotion and advertising purpose without prior notice or make any compensate.
- Photo submission must be taken on or between 1st October and 31st December 2019. The organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any upload image which was taken early than the mentioned date.
- Participants must hold all rights for visual content uploaded as image owner (parent / guardian).
- All winners will be notified by telephone or email.
- All the prizes are strictly not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Each participant is eligible to win ONE (1) prize only.
- All decisions by the Organizer are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.
- The Contest terms and conditions are prepared in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. In the event of inconsistencies between the three versions of the contest terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
PERADUAN SENYUMAN BAYI MamyPoko”
SYARAT DAN PERATURAN
- Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia, kecuali kakitangan The Store dan Pacific, keluarga yang terdekat atau badan organisasi yang mempunyai hubungan perniagaan sama dengannya.
- Peserta (Bayi) harus dalam lingkungan umur di antara 0 – 30 bulan. Lahir bermula daripada 1 Jun 2017 hingga 31 Disember 2019.
- Peserta perlu membuat pembelian sebanyak RM30 atau ke atas dalam satu resit untuk produk MamyPoko. Borang penyertaan harus dihantar melalui borang penyertaan atas talian pada atau sebelum 31 Disember 2019. Borang penyertaan yang tidak lengkap atau tidak sah akan dibatalkan.
- Tiada had kepada bilangan penyertaan, manakala satu resit hanya sah untuk SATU (1) penyertaan. Resit pembayaran yang diperoleh harus dalam tempoh peraduan pada 1 Disember hingga 31 Disember 2019. Gambar resit mesti dimuat naik melalui atas talian.
- Muat naik gambar yang jelas (minimum 1MB untuk setiap saiz foto). Pihak penganjur berhak untuk menggunakan gambar yang dimuat naik untuk tujuan kegunaan promosi atau pengiklanan tanpa memberi sebarang notis atau membuat pampasan.
- Gambar yang dihantar harus diambil dalam masa antara 1 Oktober hingga 31 Disember 2019. Pihak penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan sebarang imej yang dimuat naik awal atau selepas tarikh yang dinyatakan.
- Pemilik gambar (ibu bapa / penjaga) harus bertanggungajawab atas semua hak kandungan visual peserta yang dimuat naik.
- Semua pemenang akan dimaklumkan menerusi telefon atau e-mel.
- Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik atau tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai.
- Setiap pemenang hanya layak untuk memenangi SATU (1) hadiah sahaja.
- Semua keputusan yang ditetapkan oleh Pihak Penganjur adalah muktamad, segala rayuan tidak akan dilayan.
- Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, peserta dianggap telah bersetuju dengan semua Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan.
- Terma dan syarat Peraduan ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Cina. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara ketiga-tiga versi ini, maka versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.

- 此竞赛公开予所有马来西亚公民，唯環球、太平洋属下公司的职员及其直系家属（父母、配偶及儿女）一律不可参加。
- 参赛者（宝宝）年龄必须介于0至30个月，出生介于2017年6月1日至2019年12月31日。
- 参赛者必须购买 MAMYPOKO BABY 产品价值 30令吉 或以上于单张收据。参赛表格必须于2019年12月31日网上呈交。填写不完整、或逾期呈交表格视为取消其参赛资格。
- 参赛表格不拘唯每张收据仅限呈交一（1）张表格。所呈交收据或购物日期必须介于2019年12月1日至12月31日并于在线呈交方为有效。
- 上传一张清晰的照片（每张至少1MB）包括宝宝及MamyPoko产品的图像。主办单位有权使用所呈交照片作为宣传及促销用途而且无需事先咨询或附上任何酬金。
- 所呈交的参赛照片必须于2019年10月1日至12月31日日期间拍摄。若发现所呈交的参赛照片不符合指定日期，主办单位有权取消参赛者资格。
- 参赛者（父母/监护人）必须对其上传图片内容权以负责。
- 所有优胜者将透过电话或电邮通知。
- 所有奖品不得转让他人或兑换现金。
- 每位参赛者仅有资格赢取一（1）份奖品而已。
- 评审团的裁决为最后的决定，任何质询恕不受理。
- 在参与此竞赛，参赛者已视为同意并遵从所有条列与规则
- 以上条列与规则均以英文、马来文及中文等三语编写。如有差异，概以英文为准。
