“Faber-Castell Spend & Win Contest
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The “Spend & Win” Contest [refer as “Contest”] is jointly organized by The Store Group (252670-P) and Faber-Castell (40619-U) [jointly refer as “Organiser”]
- The Contest starts from 17 December 2020 and ends on 19 January 2021 (“Contest Period”).
- This contest is open to all Malaysian, except for the employees of The Store and Pacific,their affiliates and their related companies, members of their immediate families (Parents, spouse, son / daughter).
- With minimum purchase of RM30 and above in a single receipt on Faber-Castell products at any The Store or Pacific outlets are entitled to participate in this contest. For participants who made purchases via The Store Online at thestoreonline.com.my or Pacific Online at pacific-online.com.my will be automatically qualified for the entry. (Double entries for The Store Card / Pacific Card Member).
- Multiple submissions are accepted. However, one payment receipt is only valid for one (1) submission.
- Participants are required to provide complete details (eg. Name, Identity Card (MyKad), Mobile Number, email address etc) in the online entry to be eligible to enter the Contest (“Eligible Entry”).
- Participant also needs to upload a clear payment receipt as proof of purchase via online submission to complete the entry. Validity of payment receipt must be made during the contest period. The organiser reserves the rights to disqualify any uploaded image which is unclear and/or incomplete information.
- All entries must be submitted via online at www.tstore.com.my/Faber-Castell.html latest by 19 January 2021, 11.59pm. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Each participant is eligible to win ONE (1) prize only.
- All winners will be notified by telephone or email.
- The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted by within TWO (2) weeks from the announcement date.
- All the prizes are strictly not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.
- All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the Contest including but not limited to the shortlisting, selection of winners and forfeiture of the prizes is final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions. Information provided in the submission is considered correct and accurate.
- All the provided information and all personal data in submission which is been disclosed by the participants and has been agreed and sign by participants are in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
